My name is Chadwick Rye. I’m a Christian and a fantasy writer. I live in North Florida with my beautiful wife and four sons. I’ve been writing on and off since I was seventeen, and I primarily write in the fantasy genre — though I plan to venture out into sci-fi and dystopian fiction as well. Over the years my writing has been heavily influenced by God, heavy metal, and anime.
After working for others for nearly forty years, I decided I would rather make a living doing what I love: telling stories. I’ve always been drawn to a good story, especially ones set in fantasy worlds or sci-fi settings. The Mass Effect trilogy is one of my all-time favorite RPGs — I’ve played Mass Effect 2 no less than nine times.
I’ve read quite a lot of fantasy, and my favorite author right now is Christopher Paolini. The Inheritance Cycle is something special. Currently I work at a water bottling plant near my home, but my aim is to build out my writing career so I can retire from there and write full time — giving YOU the stories and books you deserve.
